Gravity: Bach
New Chamber Ballet performs as part of a 22-hour, live-streamed concert of Johann Sebastian Bach’s complete works for organ. Performed by organist Johannes Lange at Bach’s former church of St Thomas in Leipzig, Germany, the concert was curated by leading Bach scholars, and will include guest appearances by notable musicians, dancers, and visual artists. New Chamber Ballet will perform a new ballet by Miro Magloire to Bach’s organ concerto BWV 593.
The performance will be live-streamed on Arte TV, beginning on Fri October 31 at 3:15am EDT, and ending on Sat November 1 at 1:30am EDT.
