Reflections II
Choreographer's Note: Reflections II is a miniature - and thus deserves a short program text, although I could say much about it. The music, which I wrote, and the dance are reflections on my ballet Aeolia and its Telemann score. A few literal quotations, but mostly distortions, retrogrades, comments. During rehearsal I imagined a desert setting: dry heat, sand, spaciousness and a dancer (“Mirage” might have been a better title.) End of program text.
