Damien Johnson began his training at the Etgen-Atkinson School of Ballet in his native Dallas, Texas, under the direction of Ann Etgen and Bill Atkinson. He later moved to New York to attend the School of American Ballet as a full scholarship student. Since leaving the School of American Ballet, Damien has danced with American Repertory Ballet, Dance Theatre of Harlem and Ballet Black in London. This is his fifth season of performing with New Chamber Ballet, where he is performing in Valses, Fall, Round, Spring, Velvet, Wanderlust and Follia.
